Boobie Fly Peppermint #6

The buoyant booby in peppermint for stillwater trout. Fished on a fast-sinking line, it pops back up between strips like an emerging insect or struggling fry. The classic retrieve is a long, steady pull with frequent pauses – the rise on the pause is what gets eaten.
