Shipping methods and costs
Our standard shipping charge follows the order total shown at checkout:
- Order total below $20.00: shipping $20.00.
- Order total from $20.00 to below $40.00: shipping $10.00.
- Order total of $40.00 or more: free shipping.
Shipping rates are calculated for the cart package. Available destinations and methods appear at checkout.
Processing and tracking
Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 48 hours. After dispatch, tracking details are sent by email when the carrier provides them. Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of carrier or customs delays.
International orders and addresses
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees collected by the destination country. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order.
Lost or damaged shipments
If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, email [email protected] with your order number and any photos. We will review the shipment with the carrier and discuss the available resolution.
