Jake’s Blackout Stone

Jake’s Blackout Stone is a dark stonefly dry fly pattern. The all-dark profile matches Salmonfly adults and other dark stoneflies that trout key on during summer hatches.

Available in sizes 4 and 6. Fish it on a dead drift tight to the banks during stonefly emergences.

When the bite slows, try an occasional twitch or skate a stonefly that looks alive on the surface is hard for a big trout to ignore.
