Fleeing Crab- Sand #1

The Fleeing Crab in Sand is a crab imitation on a size 1 hook from Enrico Puglisi. Tied to suggest a crab on the move, it presents the vulnerable posture predators attack.

Strip it for permit with quick, short pulls. The sand coloration keeps it natural while the active design triggers reaction strikes.

Permit are famously selective, so a natural drift with minimal false casting gives this fly its best chance.
