An egi built purely for tsutsu-ika eging.

Tsutsu-ika spear squid, swordtip squid and Japanese common squid worked from the bank. Yari-Ken Sack Alpha is designed for exactly that game. Fish it on light game tackle and you pick the bites up cleanly, with the same feel as ajing. An easy way into the tsutsu-ika game.

Both sizes carry a glow finish. The 1.8 sinks at roughly 8 seconds per metre and the 2.2 at roughly 6, so you can pick the fall speed to match the depth and the mood of the squid.
