Juicy Stone Salmonfly #6

A Salmonfly dry fly pattern from RIO. The #6 sizing and full profile match adult Salmonflies during the early-summer hatch.

Fish it on a dead drift tight to the banks, letting it float naturally through the lanes where Salmonflies fall to the water.

During the hatch, the first and last light often fish best; position yourself to drift the fly through the bankside lanes where trout patrol.
