Panty Dropper Hopper Tan #12

The Panty Dropper Hopper in tan from Solitude Fly is a grasshopper dry fly with a suggestive profile. The tan coloring matches natural hoppers along grassy banks.

Fish it on a dead drift in late summer, with an occasional twitch to imitate a struggling hopper.

For the best results, land it tight to grassy banks and let it sit motionless for a few seconds trout often strike a terrestrial the moment it touches down.
