Lowrider Stone Tan #12

The Lowrider Stone in tan is a low-floating stonefly dry fly. The tan coloring and flush-riding profile suggest Golden Stone adults sitting in the surface film.

Fish it on a dead drift during Golden Stone hatches, particularly in slower water where a low profile matters.

For the best results, land it tight to grassy banks and let it sit motionless for a few seconds trout often strike a terrestrial the moment it touches down.
