Light Legs Hopper Yellow #10

The Light Legs Hopper in yellow is a grasshopper dry fly with pale legs and a yellow body. The bright coloring aids visibility while matching natural hoppers.

Fish it on a dead drift along grassy banks during hopper season.

When fish short-strike, resist the urge to set too soon; let the trout turn with the fly before lifting the rod.
