Blowtorch Hare’s Ear 1 Doz. #16

The Blowtorch Hare’s Ear combines the buggy hare’s ear profile with the bright attractor style of the Blowtorch family. It suggests a mayfly nymph while carrying enough color to trigger reaction strikes.

Fish it as a searching nymph in riffles and runs. Sold by the dozen in size #16 for a pattern that bridges natural and attractor approaches. Mayfly nymphs are on the trout menu nearly every day of the season, so a pattern like this earns a permanent place in your nymph box.
