Hot Butt Soft Hackle Olive #14

The Hot Butt Soft Hackle Olive from Solitude Fly is an olive soft-hackle wet fly tied in size #14. The olive dressing suits a wide range of water conditions.

Fished on the swing, a soft hackle comes alive in the current. Cast across, let it sweep downstream, and hold on strikes often come as the fly rises at the end of the drift. Three or four in the box cover most swinging situations.
