The silent build of the TN70

The weight is fixed low in the body and the rattle chamber is left empty, so vibration is transmitted straight into the body with no balls interfering. The result is the widest body swing and the strongest action wave in the series and no sound signature on water where the fish have heard the noise version all season.

The O.M.S. (Out Metal System) moulds a high-density tungsten weight onto the outside of the head. Placing the weight outside the body lowers the centre of gravity, which stabilises the casting attitude and holds the action together across the whole speed range. It stands upright on the bottom instead of toppling over, so it comes through cover cleanly.
