Jiggy Smalls White #4

Jiggy Smalls is a heavily weighted, articulated Dolly Llama-style streamer with an anti-fouling wire loop to keep the hook riding true. Strip or swing it deep for salmon, steelhead, trout, and char. White suggests a pale baitfish and shows up well in clear water.
