Jigster PMD Mercer #16

The Jigster PMD Mercer from Umpqua is a Pale Morning Dun jig nymph with a modern Euro profile. It matches the summer mayfly hatch in a format that sinks fast and fishes clean near bottom.

Fish it tight-line or under an indicator during PMD season. Size #16 is a versatile match for the naturals of Western freestone rivers. Mayfly nymphs are on the trout menu nearly every day of the season, so a pattern like this earns a permanent place in your nymph box.
