Laid-Up Tarpon Tan Small

Rick’s bushy, over-hackled tarpon fly on a light Owner AKI hook that lands soft and sinks slowly for laid-up fish. The tan version passes as a shrimp; cast ahead of cruising or sleeping tarpon and strip it very slowly so it stays in their line of sight.
