Mason’s Mighty Morsel Purple #16

Mason’s Mighty Morsel in purple is a compact mayfly dry fly pattern from Rainy’s. The small profile and bold purple coloring make it a useful change-up during mayfly hatches or as an attractor when fish are being selective.

Fish it on a dead drift as a single dry, or behind a larger, more visible pattern in a two-fly setup.

When trout refuse a high-floating dun, this low-riding style often gets the nod it sits in the film the way a real mayfly does.
