Tarpon Toad II Chart Small

Gary Merriman’s classic tarpon toad in chartreuse with a marabou tail for extra movement. It sinks medium-slow so it hangs in front of cruising or laid-up tarpon instead of rising and falling. Present it softly and strip it slow and steady in clear shallow water.
