Thorax Long Tailed BWO

The Blue Winged Olive (BWO) is a staple mayfly hatch on trout rivers, often emerging on cool, cloudy days. This thorax-style pattern features the long tails named in the title for a more realistic dun profile.

Available in sizes 18 and 20. Fish it on a dead drift to rising trout during BWO hatches, typically in the softer water along banks and seams.
