Hedgehog Foam Stone #6

A foam-bodied stonefly dry fly with a bristly, high-floating profile. The foam construction keeps it riding high through fast water and aggressive strikes.

Fish it on a dead drift during stonefly hatches, or as a durable attractor when trout are taking large dries off the surface.

Work it tight to the banks and along the foam lines where stonefly adults fall to the water, and don’t hesitate to skate it through riffles when fish are aggressive.
