Satkowski’s Urban Sumo Cicada Black

A thick, highly buoyant foam cicada with a segmented body, wings, and rubber legs that imitates the big summer hatch. Plop it near banks and overhanging trees during cicada season and let it dead-drift with occasional twitches. Trout and bass crush it on the surface.
